I hold a Bachelor of Technology in Printing and Media Technology along with a specialization in Packaging Technology from Manipal Institute of Technology, and I am proficient in Jira, Zephyr, and other software testing platforms. As a Senior QA Engineer at eProductivity Software, I am responsible for ensuring the quality and reliability of ERP Software and releases for key customers. I have around 7 years of experience in the ERP industry, working with agile methodologies and various QA tools and techniques. I have successfully performed regular root cause analysis, UI/UX testing, functional testing, UAT, integration testing, and regression testing for different projects and applications, including a modernization project for Radius ERP software. Regularly engaged with customers over calls to provide end-to-end support, including troubleshooting configuration issues, guiding them through system functionalities, delivering certain training sessions, and addressing challenges they faced while using the platform. Ensured a smooth user experience by offering timely resolutions and proactive assistance. I have also contributed to creating and updating a suite of regression tests with every release, and supported the training and development of other QA team members. The team and I collaborate on root cause analysis to minimize customer issues and enhance software quality through comprehensive regression test suites.
