As a management consultant at Deloitte, Chief of Staff at Deezer, and Revenue Director at Trainline, I've consistently focused on delivering value enhancing initiatives that hit ROI out of the park. My playbook - I blend customer insight, strategic thinking, and operational pragmatism to deliver lasting change. I'm most inspired when unravelling complex problems - the thornier the better! This approach has empowered me to guide C-suite executives in making bold, transformative decisions, reverse five years of declining brand awareness at Deezer, and more recently, unlock 21% year-over-year revenue growth for Trainline's international markets — significantly outpacing the 6% sales growth in the same period. What keeps me going - I’m passionate about teamwork and collaborating with diverse individuals to spark revolutionary outcomes.
