With over 11 years of progressive experience in the construction industry, Nishanth recently worked as a Construction Manager for Larsen & Toubro, a leading engineering and construction company in India. Has a Bachelor of Engineering degree in Civil Engineering. Nishanth’s core competencies include resource planning and mobilization, budgeting and cost estimation, and manpower management. Has successfully managed complex and high-rise projects in India and Sri Lanka, achieving milestones such as the single largest concrete pour in Sri Lankan history and a cycle time of 5 days in core wall construction. Also demonstrated effective negotiation skills with suppliers, vendors, and clients, and maintained high safety standards at the work site. Proficient in AutoCAD, MS Office, and other relevant software tools.
