About Nishanth Murali

I developed a deep interest in understanding how platforms like YouTube and application stores recommend personalized content, tailored to my preferences. This curiosity led me to work as a Machine Learning Engineer Intern during my junior years. As an intern, I focused on building ML models for a hotel-recommendation system, leveraging SVM and content-based filtering techniques.Motivated to further explore the field of Data Science, I pursued a master's degree with a specialization in Data Science at Arizona State University. Since graduating, I have been working as a Data Scientist at Lextegrity, where I apply Machine Learning and GenAI to develop intelligent software systems for the Risk Analytics team.Skills:Programming: Python (Pandas, NumPy, Scikit-learn, Matplotlib, Plotly), PostgreSQLMLOps: Docker, AWS - ECR, Lambda, Batch Jobs, Airflow - DAG CreationTechnical skills: Object-Oriented Programming, Data Structures & Algorithms, Artificial Intelligence (Neural Networks), Machine Learning (Reinforcement Learning, Supervised and Unsupervised learning), Cloud Computing (AWS), NLP (Spacy, NLTK, Transformers - BERT)Frameworks: Keras, TensorFlow, FlaskGenAI: LangChain, LangGraph, LangSmith, Prompt Engineering, AWS Bedrock (Batch Inferencing)
