A Professional in Operations Management with a background in engineering and business. Currently, working as a Process Improvement Coordinator at Hydro One with the responsibilities of supporting end to end on the project. I also worked as a Supply Chain Analyst and was responsible for reporting and data analysis to improve productivity and efficiency in logistics and operations. It also includes identifying EOQ, negotiating pricing, shipment terms and overseeing the timely delivery of materials needed to fulfill warehouse orders.I have several years of experience working in Cement Manufacturing company working as an Engineer in Operations (planning and monitoring) department. I have worked to optimize the inventory level of raw materials and finished products by budgeting and forecasting. I have worked in Capital Expenditure (CAPEX) Projects for tracking project work, scheduling jobs, budgeting, vendor finalization and forecasting. I have assisted the CEO of Vicat India in optimizing the manufacturing cost. I also lead the cross functional manufacturing excellence teams to achieve the desired goal. I have taken several initiatives to increase plant efficiency by re-engineering, conducting lean projects that helped in reducing power cost and fuel cost.
