I lead a team of 5–8 analysts and associates to successfully execute both short- and long-term client projects across diverse sectors. My expertise lies in driving high-impact research initiatives managing client relationships and supporting senior leadership in business development efforts. In my role I actively contribute to AI-driven initiatives aimed at enhancing research quality efficiency and output consistency. I play a pivotal role in executing pilot projects and converting them into long-term engagements. My experience also includes developing tailored methodologies for clients leading complex investment banking projects and ensuring end-to-end execution aligned with client objectives. Having joined CIANS Analytics in 2019 I honed my skills in financial databases M&A/IPO research and transaction analyses while working on time-sensitive deliverables for deal-making. I led teams provided training and oversaw company/industry research while ensuring top-notch deliverables. My background gives me a unique perspective on integrating analytics with strategic decision-making to drive results.
