Being a Project management -Associate, I got chance to explore the projects running under the organization and able to put inputs which are really meaningful for the completion of the project. Putting my hands by helping industries to adopt new technologies which are beneficial for them to do more productive work by managing the work-force, machines and analyzing the current scenario of their processes. Currently working to give customer a best experience of production planning, production management, Assembly and Warehouse management. Technologies are like IoT, Cloud computing, Autonomous Robot, Big Data Analytics and many more. The most important lesson being a Project management- Associate has taught me? How to Make Hay While the Sun Shines. I’m working with the clients to emphasize the importance of technologies in their workplace and continuously delivering the solution to clients who are growing in this field. You will able to find me observing how the clients need, observing over changing consumer sentiments, and analyses the project model and timeline which help to make positive impact on running projects considering the organizational goal.
