I am a self-driven and enthusiastic professional, with 22 years of experience, 20 of which within an international pharmaceutical company, with an excellent track record and proven ability in training, Learning and Development, Leadership Development, Coaching for Performance to align L&D initiatives with business objectives, driving performance, employee engagement, and organizational growth on the one hand. And Supply Chain Management on the other hand; including key Accounts and Special Projects Management, Injectables’ Supply Chain Management, Supply and Demand Planning, Sales and Operations Planning, Procurement, Under license and CMO Contract Management, Cold Chain Management and Good Distribution Practices. I have crafted and implemented strategies and Policies that achieved budgeted sales, profitability, quality standards and corporate goals. Throughout the different functions I have led, I have become a strong believer that people are the drivers of organizational success, thus I’m passionate about harnessing individuals’ talents, and enabling them to achieve their full potential through approaching Learning and Development in the right way that impacts business results.
