Enthusiast, Innovative, Creative and Motivated. Possess highly experience of four years of qualitative research and five years of teaching/tutoring postgraduate and undergraduates in a higher education institution in the UK and Malaysia. Actively involve in industrial relation by participating conference and networking events. Constantly developed a progressing work on strategic management, decision making, customer experience and collaborative engagement. I am an enthusiast with insights and innovation. Able to demonstrate a creative approach on problem-solving, able to design a flow diagram or framework to interpret in a much broader view. Also, I am genuinely love to meet new people, having a conversation, get a real insights story, and from there, I am able to present and generate valuable ideas. I am specialising on understanding the potential role of consumers in collaboration mechanism, customer engagement, consumer behaviour,(CX) managerial insights, strategic management and co-creation for Value creation and value capture. It is my interest on designing a value capture framework in the organisation. Research integrating the social media technologies into co-creation ( as a collaborative network with participant/stakeholders) or so-called as social co-creation remain interesting. With further investigating the organisational capability in capturing consumer value of experience (as perceived value) through engagement platform (internally) is an enabler for organisation innovation. Retrieve insights from internal organisation is essential. Thus, several factors should consider for value capture.
