About Nissy S.

As a researcher and a think tanker, my career has been dedicated to shaping impactful policies and driving data-informed decisions on a range of areas like Health, Education, Finance, Governance. I’ve worked across various sectors, conducting primary and secondary research activities ranging from questionnaire designing to data collection, analysis and writing. At the Centre for Public Policy Research, my role as a Researcher has revolved around analysing complex policy issues, leveraging my skills in research, project management, data analysis, and writing. My previous position as a Research Associate gave me opportunities to undertake several advocacy and research initiatives aimed at expanding the economic rights of individuals, some of which have led to policy changes at the State level. In collaboration with our team, I have also crafted persuasive RFP responses and led impactful assessment projects that aligned with both business objectives and societal needs. I am also a contributor to Policywise, a substack platform dedicated to sharing policy frameworks and ideas and making public policy more understandable.
