About Nitasha Avant

Hi everyone, My name is Nitasha Avant. I currently have an bachelors degree in accounting and am preparing to take the CPA exam. I am very responsible and possess a wide-variety of experience. I learn skills quickly and efficiently which indicates that I have the skills needed to become an effective asset to your staff: Computer skills: I use Excel and Word daily with my current employer building and maintaining reports. I have also completed several courses in the application of a variety of computer skills including PowerPoint, Excel, and Word. As a student, I have created many projects/power points utilizing these skills. Organizational skills: I learned the value of organization at an early age. I understand the connection between being organized and being able to manage time efficiently. Being organized also allows me to multi-task as needed. I have used these skills in the past to streamline some office procedures and helped to create a more efficient work atmosphere. Communication: Working with customers is fun when the client is happy, but it can also be challenging when the client is dissatisfied. Through my previous work-history I have proven to be able to work well with both types of customers and have acted as a customer service representative. I have the ability to listen, to identify what the customer wants or needs, and to find ways to solve problems if, and when, they occur.
