Expertise in Project Estimation & design Engineer:I have worked with this company for 2 years of expertise as a Projects Estimation engineer.This company has great in aluminium windows and door all over the world.My responsibility include generating project quotation on SAP.And if we generate a project quotation then check important technical points wind load calculation according to IS 875-3,dead load calculation,live load calculation,structural strength calculation (moment of inertia) & deflection of windows & door every part like mullion & transom,and check hardware related calculation like handle height, key lock,cresent handle & pull handle position, door closer, roller weight,calculate moment of inertia of proposed member by Auto CAD window & door weight calculation,glass thickness, design feasibility of product according to japanese product standard, application of product where is use in house, check pressure area diagram.And Making facade Bom & quotation.check reinforcement material strength. Apart from this, talking to the dealer to solve the queries of team and giving timely solutions.Constantly staying in touch with the Area Sales Manager and solving all the customer issues through his dealer team. Working as a project estimation engineer, find out data requirements,work study,cost estimating, review & documentation, product planning life cycles. I am working with Japnese members & Thai member learning many things,how improve your process,what is new kaizen find daily in our work,how to implement, making our work is very smooth.
