I am a seasoned digital content management and web performance professional with extensive expertise in Adobe Experience Manager (AEM), Akamai Content Delivery Network (Akamai CDN), Apache HTTP Dispatcher Server maintenance and configuration, and search engine optimization (SEO) strategies. In AEM, I have actively developed and enhanced components and templates, and fixing bugs to improve user experience. I specialize in managing AEM Dispatcher configurations, designing and maintaining redirection rules that reroute deactivated/deprecated URLs to active pages. I routinely performed Dispatcher cache clearances on Production environments to maintain optimal system performance. Configured AEM Dispatcher settings to successfully onboard new domains. I have worked on migration projects, such as upgrading from Fusion 4 to Fusion 5 in the AEM-Fusion integration. This involved updating Fusion scripts, refining AEM Search components, implementing crawl scheduling to balance server load. I also managed bulk de-indexing of erroneously indexed test pages. Alongside technical development, I resolve front-end defects and author webpages using AEM components. My expertise in Akamai CDN I have implemented various redirect types including Vanity, URL, and location-based redirects via the Akamai Control Center. I optimized Akamai’s CDN routing through Sure-Route implementations and handled new domain onboarding using the Property Manager, working closely with Akamai Support. This included managing redirect-only subdomains with SAN wildcard SSL certificates, emphasizing security. I did comprehensive sanity checks and streamlining legacy rules by removing thousands of obsolete entries through Akamai Rules XMLs. Additionally, I onboarded client Chinese domains to the Akamai China CDN. To protect origin servers, I leveraged Akamai Edge Diagnostics and Alerts cloudlets to block malicious bot traffic. I managed SSL certificate renewals via Akamai’s Certificate Provisioning System cloudlet and oversaw Identity and Access Management (IAM) for user provisioning, de-provisioning, and permissions to ensure strict access control. I utilize New Relic Monitoring and Analytics to analyze and optimize AEM infrastructure performance including Author, Publisher, and Dispatcher servers—tracking CPU and server load for targeted tuning and reliability improvements. Within the AEM ecosystem, my SEO initiatives have significantly improved organic traffic and SEO scores. I collaborate with DNS vendors to implement DNS web forwarders for seamless domain management.
