Electrical Engineer with Honors, Masters, MBA, and a Certified Energy Manager, currently pursuing a PhD in Electrical Engineering focused on Hydrogen. I live by the motto that an opportunity of a lifetime has to be taken in the lifetime of that opportunity which has allowed me to be open to complex and dynamic situations that requires differentiated thinking. I am definitely a people’s person. There is something exhilarating about being part of a team, understanding the mix of diverse thinking, and collaborating to provide optimized solutions, as and when needed. I can prove a value-add for businesses that require strategic and operational alignment; I have implemented new processes and systems (such as Project Program Portfolio Management and Stage Gate Systems) to increase business efficiency. I am able to manage stakeholder engagement and service providers through Service Level Agreements (SLAs). I excel in management of consultants and experts on the implementation of new business needs. I have the expertise to prioritize business investment focused on infrastructure as a capability- I love to compare business opportunities and guide business investment decisions- I have advanced experience in developing apt business cases that has been used as decision making factor for investments. Enhancing innovation focused on energy and sustainability is core to my skills- I am well versed with the processes in research including understanding ideation, piloting and bringing different technologies to provide the right solution- I have the ability to manage both product and technology development from concept to development of IP and technology transfer - I have understood innovation frameworks and stage gating new innovative projects to be able to use the opportunity for business development. Valuable experience in the energy sector- I have provided oversight on implementation of various renewable energy projects including solar, wind and waste to energy- I have developed demand side management solutions for clients - Well versed with science based targets and drive towards net zero. I have been classified as an expert negotiator and a persuasive leader when it comes to the environment of business. Offline, I am an individual that enjoys being around people, taking in the fresh air and exploring new areas, countries and cultures. I really enjoy networking and meeting new people.
