IT Infrastructure specialist with over 9 years of experience in Windows system administration and data center operations. My expertise spans Active Directory, DNS, Azure, update deployment and endpoint management, as well as managing workplace and support end users. In my most recent role, I was responsible for managing Windows Server environments, handling hardware deployments, monitoring systems for uptime and performance and supporting network and storage infrastructure. I’ve hands-on experience with server deployments, visualization environments in Hyper-V and VMWare, mobile device management with Intune, patch management with SCCM/MECM and WSUS and incident management with ServiceNow. Also, I have conducted regular security monitoring and coordinated with security team to proactively identifying and mitigating vulnerabilities. Throughout my career, I have supported global teams, ensuring smooth IT operations, onboarding and offboarding processes, access management, and compliance with IT standards.
