I joined here as a Process Executive, worked as a Risk Analyst helping to identify / prevent Fraudulent transactions and Money Laundering activities. Promoted as a Process Trainer through Internal Job Posting within a span of 5 months due to exceptional performance and commitment shown towards the project. I also got promoted as Senior Process Executive - IOA in a short span of time. The role involves training and mentoring new hires and associates to keep up their performance, directing individual goals towards organizational objectives.
