An operations management expert with more than a decade of experience in the startup ecosystem building innovative products for scale and ensuring maximum valuation for the company. Throughout my career I have been a deal maker and helped the organisation in clinching new deals through skillful negotiations, establishing new channels, having a robust GTM and maintaining strategic relationships with clients, investors and founders of the company. Travelled extensively across the world meeting various potential clients and investors for exploring new opportunities and signing various deals through established professional sales and lead generation networks. Key clients- Telecom: Vodafone, Aircel, Airtel, Idea,Zantel and MTN - Retail: Future Group(Big Bazaar,Brand Factory,Ezone,Central,Easy Day,Heritage Fresh,Nilgris,Future Pay etc)- Banking: ICICI Bank, HDFC Bank, Federal Bank,Bank of Baroda,Union Bank of India etc Directly led and mentored a team of 90 members while also having the span of control over an extended team of 200 professionals from various divisions such as sales, marketing, products, technology and business analytics. One of my biggest achievements was being part of the leadership team which built companies that scaled and generated valuation resulting in strategic acquisitions by Paytm, Bill Desk and True Caller. My most successful product till date has been Geckolyst which me and my co-founder built from scratch and scaled up to 6X valuation within two years of inception. In terms of P&L I have directly handled close to USD 6 Million managing cost centers, vendors, driving PR, visibility and over all brand marketing across globe.
