About Nitika Agarwal

With over 14 years of IT consulting and development experience, I am a Technical Lead and a Certified Scrum Product Owner, one of the leading banks in Australia and New Zealand. I have a strong background in delivering customer value using a variety of Agile and Lean frameworks, methodologies, and practices, predominantly Scrum and Kanban. I have worked as a senior developer and a technical anchor in an agile environment, where I interact across teams to understand, interpret, design, and develop the requirements for the Online Customer Profile group. I also test, deploy, and support the applications using a stack of tools and technologies, such as Spring Boot microservices, GraphQL, Docker, Postgres, AWS, and Jenkins. I have successfully migrated projects from on-premise to AWS, and increased the user retention rate by 25%.
