As a Senior Vice President and Technology Delivery Leader with over 19 years of experience, I specialise in driving complex digital transformations within the private banking sector. My focus is on modernizing technology to create seamless, high-touch experiences for high-net-worth (HNW) clients and the bankers who serve them. I've built my career on leading strategic initiatives that successfully bridge legacy systems with modern, agile architectures. By managing multiple Scrum teams across various locations and fostering a culture of innovation by enabling tools like CoPilot for enhanced developer efficiency, I am delivering a simplified and intuitive client UI, an optimised banker workflow, and an automated orchestration engine.
