About Nitin Choudhari

My current role is the director of R&D at LTJSS. I was working at Priyadarshini Bhagwati College of Engineering, Nagpur as a Principal from 01/10/2007 to 15/07/2025. With over 32 years of experience in academia and administration, I bring a strong background in both teaching and leadership. I have taught B.E. and M.Tech courses in electronics engineering, and I have successfully guided 16 Ph. D. scholars to completion, with 4 more currently under my supervision. As a recognized Ph. D. supervisor at Rashtrasant Tukdoji Maharaj Nagpur University and Sant Gadge Baba Amravati University, I have made significant contributions to academic research aimed at innovation and societal betterment. In addition to my academic credentials, I have been involved in university assigned tasks as a nominated member on various committees/ elected member on BOS. I have worked with various statutory bodies, including the Board of Studies, Academic Council, Research Recognition Committee, and First Affiliation Committee at Rashtrasant Tukdoji Maharaj Nagpur University. As Chairman of the Board of Studies for Electronics Engineering (2011-2015), I played a key role in framing curricula for both B.E. and M.Tech courses, ensuring they aligned with industry needs and global standards. My leadership capabilities are demonstrated by my work at Priyadarshini Bhagwati College of Engineering, where I contributed to the growth and development of the institution. I was part of the core team that led our college through NAAC accreditation, earning a Grade A in the second cycle after initially achieving Grade B in 2017. Furthermore, our college was granted Autonomous status by UGC in September 2024. These achievements highlight my ability to manage academic governance and institutional development effectively. In 2015, I was conferred with Best Principal Award by R.T.M.N.U Nagpur. I believe " Honest Efforts Taken in Right Direction Always Leads to a Path Towards Goal"-
