Started my profession as GET in Hero MotoCorp,Gurgaon Plant and now currently working as Section Head Manufacturing Engineering dept in Haridwar Plant with 17 yrs plus experience.Proven track record of leading team in Manufacturing Engineering.Adebt at optimizing manufacturing processes,improving productivity and implementing cost effective solutions.An experienced internal auditor of ISO 9001,14001 & 45001.Demonstrated ability to optimize production processes,reduce costs and improve overall efficiency.Designed & optimized manufacturing processes developed for new platform engine in year 2014.Was first engine for Hero after end of R&D tie up with Honda.Designed and optimized manufacturing processes developed in complete Engine Plant from BS4 to BS6 transition by developing engine parts drawings,planning infrastructure and process establishment in close coordination with R&D.Collaborated with cross functional teams to identify and resolve production issues,employing root cause analysis and implementing corrective actions.As a part of management strategy, developing and leading the team and imparting meritocracy in department.Challenged and successfully won Special award for our plant in TPM in Feb'23 and contributed in it as a sub pillar head of "Development Management" pillar.Coordinated with suppliers and vendors to optimize the procurement of equipment, materials and tooling ensuring compliance with quality standards and industry regulations.Currently, designing and optimized manufacturing processes in complete Engine Plant for upcoming new platform model 4 valve 160 cc by developing engine parts drawings,planning infrastructure and process establishment in close coordination with R&D.Project lead for upcoming new model.Plant Digitalization coordinator for ensuring 11 identified projects are being implemented as per plan.Plant Capex coordinator to budget and monitor capital expenditure.
