Nitin is a University of Greenwich, London alumni, and now an active and leader in the field of Investment Banking, Valuation, Strategic & Financial Consulting, Mentoring and he is also a Fund Management Committee Member. Having worked in multiple industries (pan India and internationally) from Infra, renewable energy, BFSI (Micro Finance, Housing Finance) consumer, technology and advised esteemed clients on long term strategy development, financial recourse and execution. All through the career and traveling throughout India & International locations, He interacted with industry leaders, MD, CXOs, Directors; adding value to their vision and successful implementation on the ground. Also have been a founding member of a startup and worked right from scratch to build whole business plan, fund raise, joint venture, designing pricing of all products and services He has extensively worked on fund raising deals from Venture Capitalists & Private Equity Funds, Merger & Acquisitions, Joint Ventures (Technical and Financial) and Cross Boarder Transactions. Also, closely, worked with National Productivity Council (NPC), India; imparting Corporate Finance training to Directors from various PSUs and Government agencies. Further, reviewed chapters for Indian Institute Corporate Affairs (IICA)’s certification modules for Business Plans and Financial Models including Valuation. He also worked with funds (GPs) to raise funds from LPs. He actively involved with various forums including PHD, ASSOCHAM, CII, FICCI etc, organizing and participating in various industry, startup and investor summits. Carry an observant approach offering solutions to critical business issues and challenges. Work with clients/partners, through leadership, on long term basis understanding the background, current operation and future objectives; then advising on workable solution bringing technical and financial partner onboard.
