Some of my Achievements are as under- Achieved numerous QHSE award for zero loss time injury - Nominated to execute dry docking of LPG Lubersac at DORMAC shipyard South Africa- Successfully executed new delivery of LPG Sinndar/LPG Parthia from Hyundai Shipyard Ulsan S. Korea- Successfully Implemented Shipboard Energy Efficiency Management Plan (SEEMP) addressing carbon emission, fuel efficiency, fuel consumption and increasing efficiency of resources by minimize wastage - Demonstrated Excellence in Implementing STOP program with respect to safety of personal and hazard identification with highest standard of KPI and zero injury - Successfully established Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) in line with company standards for quality, safety, and performance enhancements- Contributed to the implementation and development of internal safety training programs and manuals- Facilitated the successful training of onboard staff for the Shell Resilience Program- Developed and implemented a Planned Maintenance System on new vessel deliveries.
