About Nitin Kumar Garg

In 2004, Mr. Garg received his graduate degree in Electrical Engineering from the University of Rajasthan in Jaipur, followed by an M.E. degree in Electrical that specialized in Power Electronics and Drives from BITS Pilani, India in 2008. He holds the title of Chartered Electrical Engineer in India, and has gained extensive experience in project management, engineering, electrical and control design, power system design and study using ETAP, as well as thermal, solar, and wind energy plant designs. Mr. Garg has worked on power system and SCADA/control infrastructure development for clients in various industries such as energy, oil and gas, petrochemicals, power plants, cements, railways, ports, chemicals, automobiles, agro and food, steel, green buildings, and fertilizers. He is also experienced in feasibility studies, CAPEX and OPEX analysis, tendering and procurement, vendor drawing reviews, and commissioning of electrical and control systems.With an extensive background in both engineering and consulting, Mr. Garg has diverse experience in various fields. These include power distribution, LED lighting, HT and LT cables, earthing, power plant engineering, and AIS switchyards up to 220kV, 132kV, 66kV, 33kV GIS, hybrid GIS, MV motors up to 6MW, and power quality studies using PQ Analyzers. He has also conducted asset management studies, reliability analysis of electrical systems, safety studies, high to medium voltage power conversions, and LT variable frequency drives. In addition, Mr. Garg has worked with HV and LV panels, capacitors, rectifiers, DC systems, DC-AC inverters, control networks, fire protection systems, DG systems, instrumentation, ELV systems, CCTV, SCADA and IoT, PLC/SCADA, RIO panels, network racks, building automations, green technologies, waste heat recovery systems, HVAC, ventilations, fire hydrants, clean gas flooding systems.
