I am a CSR Head at Curiosity Gym Educational Foundation, a leading organization that provides innovative and comprehensive STEAM education solutions to schools, colleges, educators, and students. With over 13 years of experience in the education domain, I have developed a keen interest and expertise in STEAM education, especially robotics, IoT, electronics, 3D printing, design thinking, AI, and coding.My core competencies include B2B and B2C marketing strategy, sales, business development, operations, lead generation, inside sales, recruitment, counseling, product management, and education influencer marketing. I have successfully coordinated and delivered multiple ATL and BTL activities, new product launches, principal meet events, home demos, and seminars at various educational institutions. I have also built strong relationships with key decision makers, potential and existing customers, and internal and external stakeholders, ensuring customer satisfaction and retention, and achieving and exceeding sales goals and KPIs.My mission is to enable and empower the next generation of learners and innovators with the skills and knowledge they need to thrive in the 21st century. I have contributed to the development and implementation of a complete curriculum from grade 3 to grade 12 for these domains, aligned with NEP and ATL. I have also provided offline teacher training and effective LMS platform for teachers, and facilitated the creation of digital portfolios for mapping the students' performances.I am always eager to learn new things and explore new opportunities in the education sector. I have acquired multiple certifications in marketing, communication, and social media from Great Learning, and I am proficient in English and Hindi.
