Ltd, a group company of Phillips Corporation USA. At the helm since 2023, I’ve driven its evolution from a niche sales vertical into a fully operational, independently functioning entity with end-to-end ownership across Sales, Service, Application, Manufacturing, Finance, and P&L. This transformation included launching a sq. ft. manufacturing facility in Chakan, Pune, expanding into Malaysia and MENA, and being honored with the Best Dealer Award by Hyundai Wia Machine Tool South Korea.My tenure has been defined by building from the ground up—crafting a cross-functional 80-member team, establishing international offices, and architecting strategies that achieved 100% target success across FY 2023–25. These initiatives reflect my belief in aligning operational precision with aggressive growth, while fostering long-term customer trust and high-performance culture.Previously, at Techtronics India Ltd, I was instrumental in scaling revenues, earning the Doosan Best Dealer Award. Later, at Machine Tools India Ltd, I secured consecutive Best Dealer Awards from Doosan, reinforcing my record of strategic execution and market excellence.From building client-first sales ecosystems to integrating manufacturing strategy, my journey has been a purposeful shift—from leading Sales to orchestrating business operations with full P&L ownership. My mission remains constant: to engineer impact through precision, integrity, and transformation.
