As the Director of Culinary Operations India at Griffith Foods, I oversee the strategic management, operation management, and customer development of the food solutions division, serving a diverse range of segments such as restaurants, food courts, F&B retail, airlines, and institutional catering. My core competencies include designing and developing menus and recipes that reflect the current market trends, consumer preferences, and nutritional standards, as well as leading and training teams of chefs, R&D specialists, and sales professionals. I have successfully led the launch of multiple products, concepts, and outlets in both the Indian and international markets, delivering high-quality, innovative, and profitable solutions.
