Actively contributed to Maintenance Planning and Management within a Steel Melting Shop for five years, overseeing and maintaining critical equipment such as EAF, LRF, VD, RH, BOF, GCP, and EOT's. I successfully completed your Mechanical Engineering degree at O P Jindal University Raigarh in 2019, achieving a CGPA of 7.22. My key strengths are- Coordinate all maintenance tasks, encompassing preventive, predictive, and breakdown maintenance, as well as modifications, to achieve equipment uptime objectives. Creating Root Cause Analysis (RCA), Why-Why Analysis, Preventive Maintenance (PM), conducting daily inspections, establishing Standard/Shutdown (S/D) plans, Standard Maintenance Procedures (SMP), and implementing 5S and Total Productive Maintenance (TPM) practices for maintaining equipments.
