Having more than 19 years of Experience in, Civil & Structural analysis and design (Proposals, FEED, Conceptual & Detail Engineering and Technical Bid Evaluation) for Petrochemicals, Oil & Gas Refinery Energy projects including the prestigious Jamnagar Export Refinery Project. Vast experience in detail design of Structures like Blast resistant Substation buildings, Central control buildings, Pipe rack, Pipe bridges, water retaining structures, Pipe culverts, Dynamic machine block foundations, Horizontal / Vertical vessel foundations, Process steel buildings, pump shelters, loading / unloading stations, Bunker building of Power Plant, Storage Tank Ring Beam foundations, Open foundations, Rafts, Pile foundations, etc. Experience of developing Excel worksheets for design of various structures using Indian, American, Russian and PIP standards. In depth knowledge of ACI-318-2014 and ASCE-7-05. Experience of providing training to Team members for StaadPro, Mat3D, Smart Plant Review softwares and for ISO: 9001-2008 Standard procedures. Involvement in work planning and Scheduling Activities. Documents checking, reviewing & auditing. Providing and monitoring material quantity estimation Interdisciplinary interaction for obtaining inputs and clearances. Development of Specifications and Standards ensuring project Compliance with Safety and Quality requirements of the company. Developing and monitoring the project cost, schedule and material estimation to generate forecasts for the total project.
