As a Six Sigma exponent who is an IT engineer with a MBA in services and certifications in risk management (FRM,GARP), project management (PMP,PMI-USA) and process improvement (Master Black Belt and Black Belt certifications from ASQ-USA), I can leverage my cross functional expertise and exposure to multiple domains to provide innovative solutions to my clients. Currently I work as a Director at SigmaWay LLC, a boutique solutions provider in the Process Consulting, Analytics,Market Intelligence, Training and niche IT Services with offices in US and India. I bring on board in-depth experience in process re-engineering,transitions and operations management.My process re-engineering experience spans a leading HR payroll and benefits company across its payroll, tax and benefits business units engaged in lean facilitation, new product design, IT project management,Self service channel management projects, BPMS implementations,executive training and process improvements. In addition I have also worked as an IT consultant for a leading bank identifying quick hit opportunities for ongoing quality projects within the central accounting function against the backdrop of existing technology landscape. In the past I have held process re-engineering and operations management roles in Genpact, and led operations for offshore teams facing leading commercial finance clients in the USA, managed multiple transitions for both commercial finance and Analytics processes, as well as undertaken process improvements.
