Recent launch of U321 – “Marazzo “ •Responsible for development launch quality. •Analyze customer complaints through systematic investigation in respect of customer returned material, Coordination with design & production and CFT team for resolution. •Supplier PPAP approval for various categories of components in line with IATF 16949, which includes new product development components. •Supplier on site evaluation/audit during pilot lot production run which includes system, process & product audit at supplier’s end. Suggest supplier’s new methods for improvements in existing processes by applying statistical techniques. Suggest special gauges to reduce inspection time. Focused on Kaizen’s at supplier end. •Familiar with Measuring and Test equipment for automotive components & Processes •Major responsibility of handling two plant for quality & heading as leading quality head for one plant (Lear, Gonde) for seating Mfg & Mfg of structure of seat frame for Mahindra projects. •MMA Champion for all new program for Lear 2 plants (Ambad & Gonde) •MSES -B Pilot for Ambad plant & key role for implementing MSES throughout the plant & certification. •Successfully implementation of Mahindra’s project like, Bolero Refresh-II, U202(Genio Export), U203 (Mahindra Quanto), U206 (Xylo Refresh), U205 (Xylo LHD) & U401 – Thar Refresh /W105 Scorpio new sport (2014/ “W109 -Scorpio Double cab” 2017 “Marrazo” 2018 for smooth development quality.
