I am an experienced Manager overseeing a team of 35 FTEs including 2 team leads and specializing in process transitions within Finance & Accounting (F&A) and dedicated to delivering client value. My focus is on building strong client relationships and leveraging my problem-solving and analytical skills to excel in areas such as Financial Reporting, Record to Report, and Invoice to Cash. Additionally, I oversee balance sheet analysis and the preparation of balance sheet narratives, always striving to identify and address performance gaps with integrity.Currently, I serve as a Manager (F&A) at HCL Tech in Noida, India, where I manage the overall RTR and Invoice to Cash processes while ensuring effective client management. My responsibilities include overseeing monthly metrics and SLA dashboards, driving process automation, and implementing improvements for both internal and external clients. With comprehensive experience in the Order to Cash cycle—including order management, invoicing, cash applications, collections, and dispute resolution—I am a results-oriented leader known for strategic thinking and effective problem-solving. I have a proven track record of exceeding targets and enhancing productivity and profitability.Previously, I worked as a Process Developer (F&A) at Genpact in Gurugram, India, where I focused on reviewing and managing balance sheet reconciliations for a leading US bank, along with client management.I hold a Master's in Finance and Management from the Institute of Management Technology and a Bachelor of Commerce from CCS University.
