I have the proven ability to identify, problem-solve and execute solutions for process gaps, operational efficiencies and system implementations. My PRIMARY MISSION is to maximize the organizations capabilities through creative operation and process management. Similar to Operations Management, I have a passion to utilize my skills on a more time-defined and temporary basis. My SECONDARY GOAL is to effectively manage projects or events by utilizing professional and expert techniques. Leadership and teamwork is important on the playing field and just as significant in the office space. Success isn't bought with talent and skill but with collaboration and communication. Teams must work together to pull each other forward. My VALUES are trust, honesty, transparency and empathy. Adaptation and change is necessary to keep up with the ever changing environment.
