About me : I'm naturally in disability field. I help Indian PwD - DIVYANGJAN for jobs & related opportunities as a volunteer through my separate dedicated Facebook, 3 WhatsApp groups & 1 WhatsApp channel. i have given single platform to different Organizations, NGOs, DEI Consultants for sharing Jobs and related opportunities with PwD, employees from organisations from across India and people who are into inclusive hirings reach out PwD candidates. People from Youth4jobs, EnAble India, V-shesh, Samarthanam, Rangam India, NAB, GTT, GiftAbled, Sarthak, Ramsol, American India foundation, NDS, VVnT, Winvinaya foundation, Ability foundation & others are part of my WhatsApp groups for sharing jobs & related opportunities. I have helped DePWD (Department of empowerment of persons with disabilities) for reaching out inclusive hiring partners (organisations, consultants and others) for collaboration with their job portal PM Daksh. About My Work as an Independent Consultant (Sr. Executive) in nasscom foundation. 1) Process BigTech orders, queries & escalations, monitor and executive day to day activities. 2) Report accurate revenue numbers on weekly/monthly/quarterly basis. 3) Adheres strictly to compliance and operational risk controls in accordance with organisation and ensure adherence to regulatory compliances and timely report submissions. 4) Any other organizational work as and when required. 5) Collaborate with like-minded non-profit organizations for volunteering and BigTech engagements. I have done volunteering for Project Discovery which is an initiative of EnAble India and I had been an integral part of Project Discovery in the execution of entire program. A very detailed information is in acknowledgement letter from EnAble India. I run a total of 5 FB Groups(among those 1 is largest FB group of Persons with Disabilities where we have more than 97K members from many countries) Achievements/Awards: For my work I was awarded by sabal awards 2020 as Sabal Shining Star under the category of Outstanding Vision; Elite Award in recognition of exceptional performance in 3rd quarter of 2007, at e-funds International India Pvt. Ltd.(EFD) in Gurgaon, India; Silver medal with 2nd position in interschool painting competition on 19th January 1997 from Sindhi Academy, Delhi; Awarded by EnAble India for Project Discovery - Community mobilizers in individual category on world disability day (3rd December 2022) Please Note : I'm myself a hard of hearing person who uses hearing aids to hear others besides this I am a neurodivergent.
