Accounting and Finance • Processing of Salary, Full & Final and Reimbursements, PLI of Employees. • Management and implementation of adequate controls in fixed asset register and handling fixed asset audit. • Supplier / Vendors Bill Passing According to Purchase Orders. • Monthly Debtors / Creditors Reconciliation. • Developing and ensuring adequate Controls in Bank Reconciliation Statements. • Maintenance of statutory books of accounts & finalization of financial reports. • Handling deductions of all employees (i.e. Imprest) • Data Management and Preparation of Management Information System (MIS) Reports and other Reports to provide aid to strategic & tactical decisions of management. • Managing internal, statutory audits including handling audit queries and preparation of customized reports. • Vendor management including scrutiny of ledger accounts. • Foreign Remittance (include Form – 15CA). • Handling Employees Self Service (ESS) Portal. Taxation • Direct Tax Matters including Legal Compliance and Assessment procedures of Company • Preparation of Income Tax Return, TDS Return along with other routine compliances • Issuance of Form-16 & Form-16A. Audit • Handled Internal Audits, Statutory Audits and Tax audits including finalization of financial statement with various applicable accounting standards.
