I work on enterprise AI products, with a growing focus on how LLM-based, RAG-driven chatbots can be applied responsibly and effectively within large organizational environments.My current work involves contributing to the implementation and evolution of an internal conversational AI platform trained on enterprise HR and IT knowledge. I engage closely with chatbot behavior and performance by reviewing interaction patterns, response quality, and adoption signals, and using these insights to inform product discussions, prioritization, and continuous improvement.In parallel, I collaborate with business and HR stakeholders to explore how AI can support end-to-end HR capabilities and processes. This includes identifying meaningful use cases where technologies such as semantic search, intelligent automation, and AI-assisted decision support can create practical and scalable value.My background in product ownership, digital transformation, and consulting has shaped a system-level approach to technology, where understanding how solutions behave in real enterprise settings is as important as understanding the underlying concepts. I am particularly interested in the intersection of AI platforms, enterprise processes, and product strategy, and I continue to deepen my understanding of how modern AI systems are designed, evaluated, and governed.I am drawn to roles where AI literacy, structured thinking, and curiosity are valued, and where technology is built to solve real problems at enterprise scale.
