I am a Psychology and Commerce graduate from Mount Allison University, focused on building a career in Human Resource Management (HRM) and Industrial-Organizational (I/O) Psychology. My studies have provided me with a solid foundation in workplace well-being, stress management, organizational behavior, and work-life balance—key areas for fostering healthy, productive workplaces. I am actively seeking internships and entry-level roles such as HR Assistant, I/O Psychology Intern, or Administrative Support in HR, where I can apply my skills, continue to learn, and make meaningful contributions. As an international student, I’ve gained resilience, adaptability, and strong communication skills by adapting to new cultures and environments. This experience has also refined my cross-cultural communication abilities, equipping me to connect with individuals from diverse backgrounds and contribute to inclusive workplace environments.
