As a Quality Assurance Executive at Vimal Food Products, I regulated quality parameters, HACCP, and GMP analysis for a leading manufacturer of spices, pickles, and condiments. I ensured compliance with food safety standards and customer specifications, and contributed to the improvement of product quality and shelf life. I also participated in quality audits and inspections, and prepared quality reports and documentation. I am currently pursuing a postgraduate degree in Process Quality Engineering at Conestoga College, where I am learning to apply engineering principles and techniques to enhance the quality, efficiency, and sustainability of food processing systems. I am passionate about innovating the future of food and creating delectable and nutritious consumer experiences. I have a strong background in food technology, with a bachelor's degree in Food Processing and Preservation Technology from Avinashilingam Institute for Home Science and Higher Education for Women. I have also completed multiple certifications and internships in the food industry, gaining hands-on experience in product development, food analysis, bakery and confectionery products, and emerging technologies. I am eager to collaborate and contribute to the industry's growth, and leverage my expertise to shape the culinary landscape.
