About Niyaz Mohammed

I’m an IIT Madras graduate with 5+ years of experience in strategy and operations, working on building systems that help organisations scale. My work typically sits at the intersection of business strategy, operational execution, revenue growth, and automation.Over the years, I’ve worked across high-growth environments where the focus has been on solving complex operational problems, improving internal processes, and translating strategic goals into structured execution. This often involves designing scalable workflows, building data-driven decision systems, aligning cross-functional teams, and leveraging technology and automation to improve efficiency.I’m particularly interested in areas such as revenue operations, AI-driven process automation, and building operational frameworks that enable teams to move faster and operate more effectively. At a broader level, I enjoy working on problems where strategy and execution need to come together, and where building the right systems can unlock long-term organisational growth.
