About Noa Bortman

As an HR Coordinator and Recruiter at Alstom, I contributed to the hiring and retention of qualified and diverse employees for various projects and departments. I applied my Master's degree in Human Services and my skills in HR policies and recruiting to source, screen, and interview candidates, as well as to coordinate onboarding and training activities. Previously, I worked as an HR Coordinator at the Israeli Ministry of Education, where I supported the HR team in managing employee records, benefits, and performance reviews. I also gained valuable experience in working with the intelligence department at the Israel Police, where I operated advanced systems and handled sensitive information. My mission is to leverage my HR expertise and my passion for human services to help organizations achieve their goals and create a positive work environment.
