About My TEDx talk called Ropes of Hope on personal recovery and growth through helping others: - Hi, I'm Noa Brume - an expert trainer and life coach, founder and manager of The International Coaching & Counselling Institute (The ICCI), and an international keynote speaker. I work with expats, global professionals, organisations, and companies that are seeking to expand the capacities in everything which has to do with communication skills, interpersonal abilities, and coaching, for themselves or for their workers. Together, we successfully adapt soft skills such as Listening skills, Empathy, Communication, Interpersonal skills Problem-solving abilities, Attention to detail, Reflection, Ethics etc. When working with companies and organisations, I focus on Teamwork, Leadership skills, Empowerment, Mentoring, Attention to others and more. At my institute, The ICCI, I develop, train and manage the International Coaching Diploma courses. I give private coaching sessions at my practice in The Hague and online. I work with the humanistic approach and with Positive Psychology. I am an inspirational speaker who gives lectures and workshops in private and international corporate settings. I was born in Israel, but lived and worked in 4 countries: Grew up as a teenager in Paris, lived in London for 9 years, and now living in The Netherlands for over a decade. I'm an Entrepreneur, running 2 companies, founder of a school, and mentoring budding coaches and business owners. I taught in three universities, including being a University lecturer at Oxford University. I hold degrees in Art history, Archaeology, and Far-Eastern studies, which gave me the ability to be extremely observant. I graduated from profound Counselling and Coaching courses, Marketing courses, and Business management courses (to name a few).
