I am fulfilled by my high standard contributions as part of a team larger than myself. I make an impact by stability and dependability through methodical plans with a high level of attention to detail. It is important that I am conscientious and maintain standards. I put a high value on communication, as I find it important to know my expectations and responsibilities. A strength of mine is providing others with encouragement and assistance through teaching and sharing. I consider this different than convincing someone of things they do not want. Making other’s lives more diverse and exciting through education of sharing knowledge and experience makes me passionate. In my personal and professional experiences I have displayed the ability to emotionally connect and listen to others through my genuine desire to help and educate. In a business environment, I learn about the lifestyle and desire of my customers and guide towards products they will use while educating on the benefits. The environments I find myself in are mentally stimulating, challenging, and exciting. When faced with antagonism, I take a subtle and indirect approach to conflict. Delegating important tasks, making quick decisions, and developing tolerance with conflict are areas I focus to improve on. Due to these weak areas, I sometimes find myself restrained and cautious. While under pressure or in a leadership position I become tactful and diplomatic. I am looking forward to the opportunity of building my personal and professional network.
