About Noah Benedictus

Noah Benedictus has over five years of experience in applied biology specializing in the fields of freshwater and marine ecology, environmental impact assessment, and permitting and regulatory compliance. Noah’s technical experience spans North America, from completing snorkel surveys on marine nearshore reefs in Florida, to fish salvages in the Great Lakes region (Ontario), to underwater imaging in northern British Columbia (BC). Noah possesses strong technical writing skills which were founded during his undergraduate thesis and further developed through professional authorship of a wide variety of technical documents. Noah is familiar with a wide range of provincial (BC) and federal and their associated permitting processes (e.g, BC Environmental Assessment Act, Water Sustainability Act, Impact Assessment Act, Fisheries Act, Navigable Waters Act). Noah develops and maintains relationships using his well-developed communication skills to excel in his role as an Aquatics Team Lead. These same skills effect positive outcomes when working collaboratively with colleagues, clients, regulators, and Indigenous Nations. Noah’s personal values translate into a very strong work ethic, a positive attitude, and a desire to excel at everything he does. Noah’s attention to detail and dedication to continuous learning are integral professional assets and contribute significantly to his success in both current and former roles.
