About Noah Castillo

Helping others grow has always been at the core of everything I do. Whether I’m teaching lessons, leading aquatics teams, or performing with my mariachi, I’ve learned that true leadership is empowering people through knowledge, structure, and trust. I’m currently pursuing a double major in Accounting and Finance at Texas State University, with minors in International Business and Latin Studies. My goal is to combine financial expertise with global understanding, helping organizations. Through my studies, I’ve developed a strong foundation in financial analysis, budgeting, and managerial accounting, and I’m excited to apply these skills to real world business environments. Professionally, I work as an Aquatic Coordinator, where I oversee training, safety operations, and staff development. This role has strengthened my leadership, communication, and problem solving skills qualities that directly translate to success in the financial world. Outside of school and work, I’m passionate about mariachi music, performing across Texas and mentoring young musicians. Music has taught me discipline, collaboration, and creativity, traits I bring into every professional and academic setting. I’m always looking for opportunities to grow in finance, accounting, and leadership, and to continue making a difference through both numbers and people.
