About Noah Craft

As a young child, I was faced with adversity that by all standards should have derailed me from actualizing educational and occupational success. You see, I grew up in Richmond California, a poverty-stricken neighborhood dominated by street gangs. Further, my parents divorced when I was two years old. Afterward, I lived with my father who did everything he could to provide and set me on the right path. During my formative years, my father ran a karate studio where I spent hours training, learning self-discipline, and building confidence. By the age of 7, I competed in a round-robin tournament wherein I became California State Champion. It was then that I learned the value of hard work, communication, and leadership. I share these experiences because they have helped shape my career and have made me the person I am today; a person who can relate to a wide variety of people from differing backgrounds with the ability to empathize and optimistically lead a team toward high performance. Though not the ideal childhood, I’m grateful for those experiences. Currently, I am an accomplished General Manager who rose through the ranks from an entry-level position. I now oversee $7.5M in annual revenue and manage all areas of pharmacy and retail operations including customer service, sales, merchandising, inventory management, asset protection, and facilities management for a successful Walgreens location in Missouri. During my tenure with the organization, I’ve had many successes that have enabled me to grow professionally, develop other aspiring managers, and contribute to the company’s overall success. As a store manager, I oversee day-to-day operations and manage all HR functions including Talent Acquisitions, Onboarding, Training, Professional Development, Performance Management, Employee Relations, Progressive Discipline, Benefits Coordination, Workplace Safety, and Employee Satisfaction. Though I love running the business, I have an equal passion for the people side of the equation. I’m currently preparing for the SHRM-CP Certification for which I plan to sit for the exam later this year. As an astute leadership professional, I consistently utilize sound judgment, discipline, and extensive knowledge to effectively execute business operations and HR practices surrounding the entire employee life cycle. I’m a hands-on inspirational leader who fosters a culture of employee engagement, teamwork, integrity, diversity, and personal accountability.
