About Noah Garrison

While being a Motor Transport Operator/ Dispatcher in the Marine Corps from Oct. 2018 to Oct. 2022; I was able to attain many skills as well as build new ones. Some of these skills are communicating and building relationships over the phone, I was able to mentor new colleagues, I was able to overcome and adapt to problems that arose, I was always eager to learn new things, lastly I was always reliable and able to be depended on to get my work done. While being and Infantry Man in the Army from May 2023 to Aug 2025; I was able to build on the skills I learned while in the Marine Corps and incorporate them. I used the ability to adapt in training exercises when stressful events happened, I came in with an open mind eager to learn a new job, I learned the importance of security of personnel and equipment, lastly I was able to build on my communication and active listening skills.
