About Noah Goethal

I'm Noah Goethal, Enlisted Specialist 4 with the United States Space Force, located in Colorado Springs, Colorado. With over four years in the cybersecurity and network security fields, I've honed my skills in intrusion detection, vulnerability scanning and assessment, risk management, and data analysis software. In my latest role with the 68th Cyberspace Squadron, I've been involved in some exciting projects, including the integration of Delta 8 systems with defensive cyber capabilities. I've also had the opportunity to lead a team on the MRT-C process across Delta 8, which gave me valuable project management experience. Earlier, while working with the 61st Cyberspace Squadron, I was focused on maintaining the security of our networks and systems. This role required quick thinking and swift action, particularly in response to potential threats. Before that, I served at the 88th Communications Squadron, where I helped to keep our networks running smoothly and securely, maintaining a 99.9% network uptime. Educationally, I've earned an Associate's degree in applied science from the Community College of the Air Force and I'm currently continuing my studies in Cybersecurity I've obtained the CompTIA Sec+ certification, CompTIA CySA+, and looking to obtain Pentest+/CASP+ in the near future. I'm now looking for a Cyber Analyst position where I can put my skills and experience to good use, helping to safeguard an organization's data and systems. I believe that my hands-on experience, combined with my strong communication skills, would make me a valuable addition to any team.
