About Noah Gore

I’m currently Active Duty US Navy and an Engineering student. Motivated by a passion for designing, building, and diagnosing real-world problems. I enjoy applying engineering principles to solve problems — especially in automotive systems. Currently I am Stationed on Naval Air Facility Atsugi in Japan as the Deputy Installation Training Officer. Prior positions were Leading Petty Officer First Class (GSE1) for Main Propulsion Division on two Arleigh-Burke Class Destroyers. My technician experience is extensively conducting critical maintenance, diagnostics and repairs on the General Electric LM2500 and the Allison 501-K34 Gas Turbine engines utilizing technical derivatives. Repairing Power production switching equipment, and high/low voltage systems. Over the past few years, I’ve gained hands-on experience working on various vehicle platforms, including electrical system upgrades, ECU integration, fabrication, and component diagnostics. I’m most energized when I’m learning how things work, taking them apart, and improving them. Key interests: • Automotive engineering & motorsport technology • Electrical circuits, sensors, and engine management systems • Manufacturing processes, reliability, and design improvement • CAD, measurement, and 3D printing for prototyping and practical solutions. I’m currently growing my technical foundation through math and engineering prerequisites for a Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering, while documenting my projects and learning journey. I love collaborating with others, asking questions, and building skills that make me a well-rounded problem-solver.
