About Noah Guilfuchi

I am a US Marine who just reached the end of my contract. I am very excited to bring everything I have learned to the civilian sector. Things like leadership, mentoring, attention to detail, and efficiency are all strong tools and traits these 5 years of service have built within me to bring back to the community. In the Marine Corps I have worked as a rotary wing technician on the CH-53E. During my service I learned in depth knowledge of this rotary wing platform from power plants and transmission to rotor systems. I also served as a representative of Quality Assurance(QA), as well as both the FOD(Foreign Object Damage) and Fuel Surveillance Program manager. Not only has the military offered me experience and training in technical skills and QA functions, such as auditing and strict attention to detail, but I have also grown as a leader and supervisor from the experience working these varied functions in my unit. I was afforded an opportunity to take advantage of the SkillBridge program to work at C&L Aviation Group. I broadened my aviation maintenance experience to various regional and corporate aircraft models. I have since been hired on as a corporate technician and will continue to grow in this role.
