About Noah Kaufman

I approach business with an emphasis on data analytics expertise, project management, and financial skills. Data Analytics: I work full time at one of the largest medical staffing firms in the US, Ingenovis Health, as a Business Intelligence Analyst. I do end-to-end project development. I am developing data models, building reports, and performing data science projects with a variety of tools including Databricks, Jupyter Notebook, Power BI, Microsoft Excel, Python, SQL, DAX, Power Query, and VBA Macros. The projects I work on give me experience in creating forecasting models with statistical techniques (weighted regression analysis, confidence intervals, statistical significance), building easy to use and highly functional reports in multiple different programs (Power BI, Jupyter Notebook, Microsoft Excel), and programming with four separate languages (SQL, DAX, VBA, and Python). Project Management: I am a project lead for my team's new analyst. In this role, I guide and mentor him as he works on his projects and collaborate with him on various initiatives. My boss is nominating me for Ingenovis' Accelerator Award in large part because of the strong mentorship I have provided our new analyst. This award goes to the top performers on the corporate side of the business. Additionally, I assisted Ingenovis in organizing fun social events to encourage people to return to the office after Covid. I was a founding member of the company's "Fun Committee". We organized social events for employees in the Greater Cincinnati Region. During the first few months of my employment, I helped plan a water balloon tossing competition, a cornhole tournament, and a fall festival. Finance: I am a graduate of Indiana University Bloomington's Kelley School of Business. I majored in finance and minored in economics. The undergraduate finance program at Kelley is ranked as one of the top ten finance programs in the country by US News and World Report. I graduated with Business Honors, High Distinction, and the Honors Notation. I was an observer of the Cincinnati Eye Bank's Annual Board of Directors meetings in 2024 and 2025. In this position, I gained insight into high level financial management in a nonprofit setting.
